What do I get with a membership to FitMountain?

You get access to your very own real life certified nutrition expert who has at least a 4 year degree in studying nutrition, clinical experience and who has passed state licensure for the same. During the first week, they'll give you feedback on your present diet and figure out whats the biggest barrier to you reaching your health goals. From there they will create personalized goals which will help you achieve your health goals. You can also ask them questions as you progress on your personalized paln.

Once you've found the coach you want to work with, you pay via your credit card and get started. Every coach has a 14 day free trial so there is no risk in signing up for a coach. Yes we have tools to narrow down your search based on the type of coach you want - nutritionists, strength coaches, weight loss coaches, vegan diet coaches etc.

What will my coach/trainer do for me?

Your coach will create a nutrition and exercise plan suited for your goals. He/she will then support you to make healthy eating and regular exercise a routine part of your life. The coach will monitor your progress on healthy eating and exercise and help you figure out what to do if you fall back into unhealthy habits. How do I contact my coach?

You can contact your coach by using the chat feature on the mobile version of our site or by using the "Chat With Your Coach" section on the right hand side of your homepage. When your coach replies you will receive an email notification so you don't have to be logged in all the time. Your coach will get back to you within a 24-48 hour period, but most times earlier than that.

How many times can I contact my coach?

You can contact your coach as many times as you want. Your coach will get back to you within a 24-48 hour period usually it'll be quicker than that.

They will also contact you if they see that you've been falling behind on your eating, exercise or healthy habits and help fix the roadblocks you're having. Also if they see that you're sticking to your plan then they'll shower you with praise.


Using FitMountain

What should I focus on first - eating healthy, exercising or figuring out my stressors?

Buying the right foods is the most important first step to health. This allows you to eat healthy which is 80% of the battle.

Eating healthy will, in turn, help you feel better which will give you the confidence to take some time and figure out what is stressing you out. Exercise is a great stress reliever and a great way to build stamina, reduce cholesterol etc. After making eating healthy a permanent part of your life, you can explore all the different exercise options available to you and join an exercise community.

So, focus on getting nutrition right first. As most coaches will agree - you can't out-train a bad diet.

How do I get to my grocery list?

If you click on the My grocery list button on your homepage, it will take you to your grocery list. This is also available on your mobile phone by clicking on the Groceries button on your home screen.

How is my coach monitoring my progress?

Your coach is sent all your workout and nutrition data once a day at the end of the day. This way they can see what's working for you and what isn't and can give you the information you need to get back on track. They will also encourage you and cheer you on as you progress through every week of coaching.

When will I see results?

As you start eating healthy, exercising and getting rid of stressful elements with the support of our coaches, you'll start feeling better immediately. The longer you stick with these behaviors the greater your results. More importantly these behaviors will stick with you for the rest of your life.

If you do everything that your coach tells you to do and you stick to your eating and exercise plan strictly then you should be able to start seeing results in 2-3 weeks. But remember, its not the immediate results that matter but how you make eating healthy and exercising a permanent part of your life.


Free Trial, Cancellations & Refunds

Do you have a free trial period?

Yes! We offer a 14 day free trial. So if at anytime within the first week of your membership, you feel that this is not working then you can cancel. (Note: The free trial only applies if you pay by credit-card via FitMountain.com. If you are paying your coach directly then this does not apply.)

What is your refund policy?

Its very important that your experience with FitMountain is of the highest quality. Since we offer a generous 14 day money back guarantee, we don't offer refunds except on a very limited case by case basis. If you think you deserve a refund please contact vivek@coachace.com.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription at any time by clicking on "Account" -> "Subscriptions" menu item which will take you to your subscription status. From there you can cancel your subscription by clicking on the Cancel Membership button.

If you cancel during your trial period then your credit card will not be charged. If you are already enrolled in membership with us then we will not bill your credit card again after you cancel with us. And your membership will end after the current paid-for period ends.

Can I use FitMountain with my own personal trainer/coach ?

Yes you can use FitMountain with your own personal trainer/coach. Just ask your personal trainer/coach to sing up on CoachAce.com (our sister site) and he can start helping you in the same way FitMountain does.
