When my dad was diagnosed with a significant incurable disease, it really hit me how without health, most anything else didn't even matter. Ever since then I've been on trying to figure out a way to help people become healthier and happier. It soon dawned on me that a unique personalized exercise and nutrition system coupled with the constant support of a coach was probably the best way to help people to become healthier.
I've followed and done many different diet and exercise systems from Bill Philips's "Body For Life" to strength trainig routines created by coaches such as Eric Cressey. And from doing these systems I realized that what kept me going was the motivation and personal attention from my coach and others on a similar journey. I created FitMountain based on everything I've learned about fitness and nutrition.
